It's a little clunky but not bad for a paperless option with Sage. We changed a few years ago so I'm curious what the competition is available now.  My predecessors were never able to get the TS Capture feature up and running but it has been ok.  One issue I have with TS is that they don't let you customize your categories and that can be a problem if the department is processing the 5k+ invoices like we do.
