In entering a new employee, last name starts with a J, I did not notice a space in front of it. I only notice it when I search for it. Now I cannot access the file to correct it. Anyone have any ideas, time is short today.
Are you trying to access the new employee in the employee setup in PR? You can search for an employee by employee ID or employee name. I'm not sure what you mean by "cannot access the file".

If it is a brand-new employee, can't they delete the employee and start over? That way they can fix the Employee ID.
Yes, if no payroll has been processed with that ID, they can delete it and start over.
