Importing Time and Equipment Time from .CSV File

Recently we have been working to get import time from 3rd party.  Creating a .csv file we are able to get all the time entries in for employees.  However, we are having challenges with equipment hour populating in the Equipment Detail window.  Is it possible to import information directly into the Equipment Detail window?  Please let me know.  Thanks.

    Our import time is actually slightly different from what you shared...Employee, Date, Job, JC Cost Code, JC Category, Certified Class, Certified?, Department, Pay ID, Units, Rate, Amount, Union ID, Union Local, Union Class, WC code, WC State, Expense Account, Equipment.

    We have had a successful import of the information up until the equipment tab.
