What are your best practices for using Subcontractor Compliance Management?

What positives and negatives have you experienced with this change in version 12.1?

  • I thought this would be easier than it was to start. I jumped in and failed. I didn't do enough reading or preparation. I have now delayed using this until I get more time to put all the different parts together to see what it can really do for me. I will be watching this to see what other have to say.

    Hi Carrie,

Thanks for sharing your experience with us. Sorry to hear that you have had some struggles with it. I understand and the change to Subcontractor Compliance Management is definitely an adjustment. I am looking forward to what other customers post as well.

Since Subcontractor Compliance Management was introduced in version 12.1 you can find some really good material by logging into the Customer Portal and pulling up article KB1210 in the Knowledgebase. There is a section towards the bottom titled "Training Supplements".

    Thank you,

    Jordan

  • We would like to use more of the new compliance features but keep we can not get a simple feature like the Insurance expiration date to work properly.  We enter the expiration date in the Insurance info and then the date does not save.
