What are your experiences with using Information Assistant (IA)?

Has this application allowed your users to use the system more efficiently? Are you getting locked or conflicting sessions as often as before you had the application?

  • I believe I spend more than 50% of my time in this module. I have set up many custom reports/inquries from all the modules to be accessed here. I am constantly needing to  check more than one part of a invoice or contract and I have as many reports/inquiries setup here so I don't have to go between modules.
