Page Count on Print Preview No Longer Available in 13.1

SUGGESTED

In prior versions of Sage Construction & Real Estate whenever we did a print preview of a report it would give us a total page count so you knew as a user whether you wanted to printout that report or look at it electronically because it was 25 pages long.  Since we upgraded to 13.1 we no longer see that page count within the print preview window and it is a huge drawback to the 13.1 version.  Am I missing a setting that would allow for the page count to show up on the print preview window or was this a change with the upgrade?  If it is a change of the upgrade it is a terrible one.  Also, if the argument is made that you can put a page count within the report that is valid up until the point at which you run a report on multiple jobs and want to know how long the total report would be.  I would appreciate any help you can provide.  Thank you

    Shane,

Thank you for your question! I have a couple questions to help clarify.

Does this affect ALL reports or just some? Are your reports maximized in the window or windowed?

I do see that when a report (I tested JC Entries by  Job) is maximized to fill the application screen the title bar where the totals are is hidden. However when I window the screen by clicking the double window pane button in the upper left (there may be two of them, one for the application window and one for the report window) the totals show up again.

Let me know if that answers your question!

    Kyle,

I appreciate your response.  Would you please try to run a print preview off of Sage Desktop rather than directly from the module.  It appears that Sage Desktop is using a different print preview that does not show the page numbering.  Seems like an inconsistency.  Could you please let me know what you find?  I was able to see the page number when I opened the module and ran the report from the module.  We have been so sold on Sage Desktop as the way to go that I would hate to go back to the old way of running reports.  Thank you

    Shane,

I see what you're saying about the reports from Desktop, mine acts the same way. I will look into this further and let you know what I find out.
