I installed Update 5 for 13.1 on Friday and all workstations installed fine except on the one machine that has Windows 8. I have attached the log with the error message. Any suggestions?

Thanks for your post Teresa! Have you tried ending the Sage Service Host process manually and running the update once more?
Open up task manager on the machine and look for Sage.LS1.ServiceHost.exe under the Process tab and end it. Run update 5 again and once it has installed confirm that Sage.LS1.ServiceHost.exe restarted and shows up under the Process tab again.
