By default, there is not a method to automate sending an employee their pay stub. I will typically see other customers use one of these methods to accomplish the task. A: Print a custom report for each employee and use the [Send] feature from the report printing window.

B: Print a custom report to a file and then email each employee individually.

C. Use Sage MyAssistant to automate the process completely. Sage MyAssistant can be scheduled to run at any time and can automatically send your employees a built-in direct deposit report or you can send a custom direct deposit report attached to the task. Logon to the Sage Customer Portal and search KBMYA for more information on the Sage MyAssistant product.

MyAssistant is a great solution.  You can also use something like PrintBoss by Wellspring that will allow you to email PR stubs as well.
