My Assistant

I am trying to put together a presentation for my owner on how much My Assistant will benefit our company in order to persuade him to purchase My Assistant. 

I've watched the introduction to My Assistant webcast.  It mentions there are over 200 prebuilt task already built in My Assistant for Construction and Real Estate on the My Assistant install CD.  Obviously, I don't have the My Assistant CD.  I would love to view the report that lists all the task so I can get a better understanding of all the different ways and different departments that will benefit from My Assistant.

Would someone mind sharing these two reports or can point me in the right direction to find them online?  I honestly believe My Assistant would be very beneficial, I just need back up to convince the owner.

    I love MyAssistant – 99.9% of the time!  It is very helpful to me to be able to see things of interest and importance without going into SAGE 300 software. I have reports sent automatically thru MyAssistant, as well as having a fax sheet attached for ease in sending information to those that still use a fax machine.  It also works wonders for error detection. Anytime we have an error, I try to build a condition that will alert us when it happens again. We utilize mostly our own custom built conditions and have not found their pre-built to fit our situations exactly.

    Here are some of my favorite uses: 1. Check for outstanding documents (Owner Change Orders, Commitment Change Orders, Change Requests, Commitments, Safety Docs, W-9, Master Agreements, insurance, licenses, permits etc.)  2.  Check for Invoices that have been entered over a certain dollar amount that are not part of a commitment or purchase order.  3. Check for when GL accounts don't match up with the correct category.  4.  AB Date Stamp - lets me know if anyone has revised or added an Address Book entry.  5.  Employee birthdays and hiring anniversary dates.  6. Checks for new jobs that have been entered (this gives me a chance to go in and see that all information required is included.  7. Contracts not billed in __ # of days.  8.  Subject line missing on RFI, Transmittals, etc.  9.  Correspondence Items that are not "Closed".  10.  SOV Line Item missing on an Owner Change Order that has a price attached to it.  11.Checks for documents fully executed since the day before.

    Hope this helps you.  We do not use MyAssistant to send pay stubs, but if that is all you are expecting the product to do, you will be amazed!

    I have uploaded the default task likst reports from the version 13.1 MyAssistant image. I also added a report that you can run from Sage MyAssistant that shows descriptions of the default conditions. Conditions are is a kind of formula that defines what the Task is looking for.
