Financial Statement Designer

I am adding a new line to our custom report that needs to be calculated in the Total. I added the line with the GL Range and i can see it but it is not getting picked up in the total. How do i make the total "see" the new line item?

Article 17748 "How do I add a new account or amount option line to the total to a Financial Statement design?" has the instructions on how to do this.

Depending on the version that you're on, you may also need article 23465 "Assign Totals toolbar does not display properly in Financial Statement Designer".
