Retrieving audit trail info on employee record changes (Crystal Reports)

Question

For security purposes I am setting up reports that will show employees hired in the last week and direct deposits that were changed in the last week. 
 
 I have a few questions: 
 1. Is the identity of the user who added an employee available? 
 2. Is the identity of an individual's supervisor available? 
 3. If a direct deposit routing or bank account number changes on an existing employee, is there a way to identify the change and who made the change?

We do not store a vendor addition date. There is only a date stamp on the vendor record that will get updated any time that record is touched. (ie setup or posted invoice) 
 You could create a report using the master.qlm. (QLM_MASTER__LOG). It could be a challenge to extract the desired results and this table can get large. 
 Again you may find it useful to use MyAssistant. Review article ID 20271 ( Create a task to send only newly created entries. ) in the knowledgebase ( https://support.na.sage.com ).
