Remote time is meant to export time only, for importing time you would want to use the Payroll module directly.

Article 19927 has more information about importing time into Payroll.

You may also be interested in Sage Construction Anywhere. This is another method of sending time to the Payroll module.  There is more information about that product at article 19635.
