If you send the report to the actual printer, does it print w/out issue? Can you save it to a .prn file w/out issue? Is this one report or any report from the system? Does the issue occur for another users that logs into this machine and runs the report?

They can print and save as .prn with no problem. I already deleted the TS PDF Generator and they can print to "Adobe PDF" printer.

Hi John,

Make sure that there are no commas in the path leading up to the PDF file or in the name of the PDF file itself.  This issue happens whenever a comma gets in the way, for example:

C:\Data\My Company, Inc\Printouts\MyPDF.pdf
