We use a program called Address Explorer that you can sync your contacts with Outlook.  It puts them in a separate Address Book in Outlook. There are several options you can set for how it syncs.  It also can merge data with MS Word & Excel.  Contact Reed Data Systems - 251-610-6963 or [email protected].

There is not a simple way to link from Outlook to Address Book but there is a solution using Microsoft Access to create these Company or Person contact in Address Book.  Knowledgebase article 32178 has the details.
