Article 35557 "Is there a setting to change the text or font size of my display menus/inquiries/windows?" in the support knowledgebase states there currently is not a separate setting in the software that can configure the text size of your menus/inquiries/windows. You may adjust your screen resolution and Windows setting to adjust that view accordingly.

The referenced articles 33875 "Upgrade to 13.1 (or 12.1) causes display issues in software." and 17328 "Task windows appear too small, grids and columns overfill the screen, or drop-down lists are cut off or buttons are missing." provide some options in the windows settings to look over also.
