Deleting a user

If I delete a user, will it delete the history associated with that user ID or give an error for it not to exist?

    We already have stopped access to their log in, but wanted to clean up the list, so it's not so long.  We would like to delete them.  What are the ramifications?

    Hello ITCLAP,

    There is no link between the user login that was deleted and data. Once transactions are written to the data the transactions remain in the data for all users that have access. Application Administrator logins will always be able to see all of the data in all modules.

    I think this may answer your question, as there is no ramifications to the program or the data from deleting a user login.
