We just closed 2015 payroll, and noticed that the ACA covered individuals do not show up in 2016.

How do we roll them forward? So we have all ACA information from 2015 into 2016? If you open ACA Compliance details for 2016 we have ZERO covered individuals under each of our employees. That didn't roll forward.

The covered individuals information resets when the Close Month command is run, there is not a way to carry over the information from one year to the next. The data is not lost, you can still view the information for any year in which it was entered using the ACA Dependent Coverage report, located on the Reports menu (Reports > ACA Reporting). Make sure to change the Payroll year to 2015 before you print or preview it, it will default to the current Payroll Year.

That seems like a lot of duplicate work to have to reenter all of the Dependent Names, SS#s from year to year, when most of them are the same. Are we sure?
