Sage 300 CRE / Crystal Reports / ODBC / Timberline Data

I lost the link between Crystal Reports and Timberline database for creating new and editing existing reports.   We have recently upgraded Crystal Reports, updated to Sage 300 CRE 14.1, and I have a new computer.   Sage support said the error relates to "role" settings.  We believe all ODBC, Sage Timberline and Crystal security / permission settings seem to be correct, but my password no longer allows me to access the data.  Can anyone think of a checkbox or some setting that we may be overlooking?

    Only check boxes I know of in roles are the ODBC read and ODBC write. We had some folks awhile back that couldn't run reports while others could and once I checked their role for that they were good. Otherwise since you have a new computer the ODBC settings need to make sure they are pointing to the Timberline Data Folder.
