Service Management freezing since updated to 14.1

 We updated to 14.1 about 3 months ago and ever since then SM periodically freezes. Even if I start the task manager and force quite SM and Timberline all together, the session hangs open and I'm locked out --> have to reboot.  Today, I figured out the process that is hanging open during these moments.  Anyone have any ideas or updates for this? Sorry, ....just realized it's impossibly small to view onscreen but the process is  sm.exe*32

    Happy Friday! I have encountered cases where SM freezes when there is a disconnect of records as the Parent/Child relationship between the records in SM is strongly enforced which is why SM doesn't allow anything in the setup to be deleted and alternatively requires that it is made inactive. It's really not possible to say if that is what is happening in this case just by looking at task manager. Consider what process is being performed in Service Management when this occurs, is it random, or does it happen every time a particular work order, Purchase order, service location, etc. that an operator is attempting to access. Does it happen on every workstation, or only on a specific workstation? Can this issue be duplicated at the server and/or on another workstation when performing the same task that resulted in it freezing up?

    What were the users doing right before SM freezes? I know our users have had this. I will look at my notes to get some more info.

    It happens on all work stations and it only happens when the user is attempting to close out of a Crystal Reports document preview. Something between SM and CR preview is not working. We're going to update to 15.0 in a few weeks. I'm hoping that solves it.
