time management

has anyone used any hourly time clock management systems, such as HH2, about time, or construction anywhere? We are looking for the best solutions for our field guys to enter time. Currently they enter them in an excel sheet and email to the office. I believe we are behind the times, any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    We are a general contractor with projects across the US and use HH2 exclusively for all employees whether they are onsite or in the office. Our field guys only have to enter the job and cost code once into the system. Then it pre-fills each week and they just have to fill in their hours for that project. This is the same whether it is using the HH2 Remote Payroll app or using a laptop.

    Then we import payroll entries into Sage so all the information is entered. The payroll person just has to verify hours/OT/Vacation days/etc.

    We also use HH2 Field Reports for our Daily Logs.
