What are the printer requirements to be able to print payroll checks with Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate?

When I am trying to print checks for the sage 300 system this is the error message I am getting TS 3802. Does anyone know what this is? We think that the MIRC module is missing or is it a setting issue.
