I am creating a lot of One Time Items for my estimate. When I do this, the Labor Productivity column is left blank. When I right click on an item and go to "Detail Window," the Labor Productivity Table line is blank. How does this calculate? How can…

We would like to track leads coming in within Sage rather than offline in Excel as well as being able to track and report on disposition, conversion, etc. Thanks for any help in advance.
