Important Information Regarding Sage CM’s Migration to Microsoft Azure Platform

Login Issues

We have been made aware that some users are having trouble logging into their Sage Construction Management (Sage CM) accounts after the migration to Azure has been completed. We have found that the most common cause of this issue is an incorrect Company ID or username. If you are unable to log in to your Sage CM account, please follow the instructions in this knowledgebase article to have your password reset by your administrator. As an alternative, the reset password link on the login page can be used but this requires a correct Company ID and username.

Accounting Link for QuickBooks Desktop

The Publisher name for the Accounting Link for QuickBooks Desktop has been changed from Corecon Technologies to Sage Software. As a result, QuickBooks may require that access rights be granted again for the accounting link. To resolve this issue and ensure that the link works correctly with QuickBooks, please follow the instructions in this knowledgebase article.

Accounting Link for QuickBooks Online

Currently, QuickBooks Online users are being required to log into QuickBooks each time they start the Sage CM accounting link. We are currently investigating this issue.

Application Instability Issues on February 20th

Sage CM encountered some instability issues on February 20th and Sage’s team made some configuration changes to rectify this issue. They will continue to monitor performance to ensure the solution performs as designed.
