Sage makes every effort to deliver the tax updates to you as quickly as possible. The first U.S. Payroll tax update for 2022 is now available. Read below for details. The Canadian Payroll tax update will be announced in this forum when it is available.

U.S. Payroll tax changes

The following taxes will change effective January 1, 2022.

Federal tax changes included in this update:

Note: as of December 9, 2021, changes to 2022 Federal Withholding (FWH) have not been finalized and are not included in this update.

  • Nebraska (NESWH)
