It will scale correctly, you just need to adjust a setting.

Please give me your resolution settings. Making Sage 300CRE scale correctly by me is nearly an impossible feat

THIS is the only KB Article I could find relating to HD monitors. I wonder how many laptops are not HD nowadays. It was updated in June of this year and states "Sage has not been tested for compatibility for these types of monitors." 

Hi Vince - I have a Word doc that I wrote that shows how to use Sage "Estimating" with High DPI monitors. If you shoot me your email address I will email it to you. Too much/too long, to do a re-write up here. As I say, it works for "Estimating" app, but I don't see why it won't work with the Accounting app too. 

The only thing I changed from what I had was from system to system enhanced and I see no noticible difference in font size or the way windows fill the screen. I thank you for the effort. SAGE needs to upgrade the desktop interface to get in touch with large monitors.

I am the same boat!  I have changed to the "system (Enhanced)" and looks okay to me...

I'm dredging this up hoping there is some new info about successfully using a monitor with 2560 x 1440 or higher resolution. Will Estimating scale correctly or does the text look tiny and difficult to read? 

Couple things I've heard of.  New version out now, download and run the normal way.  Should end up with version 23.1.2401.231

Then find your Estimating Icon and right click over it and choose Properties, Compatibility Tab, Change high DPI settings and I selected everything...especially Scaling performed by application.  Seems to correct my 3840 x 2160 display issues.   And of course you can zoom in on the spreadsheet lower right hand of the program as well as font sizes File, Options, Spreadsheet fonts

Mike, does the image look correct or super small? I installed Estimating on my Microsoft Surface Laptop (3000 x 2000) and it was unusable. Not 23.xxxx version and it has a small screen, but still not an option. I'm guessing you have a 27" or larger monitor.

yeah 32", probably ought to plug in a monitor to that thing, the software has a lot going on to be running on that small of unit

No, I don't run Estimating on the laptop. I tried it a while back to see if it would scale. At that time, it did not. I use a dual 24" setup. The Touch is dying, and I want to buy a 27" or larger 1440 for crisper text. I just don't want it to be relegated to the 2nd spot because I can't read the tiny text in Estimating. Your experience confirms it can be used successfully. Thanks for the feedback.

I have a dual 43" and 27" (top and bottom) setup, and it scales on either.  I use the 43 for plans for the most part, but it does Sage does do well on the 43 as well.  The 43 is just a 4K TV (Samsung).
