Are you able to print only item notes from an Estimate

I'd like to create a print view of only line item notes (not the line items themselves). We're planning to use the notes field to generate specific instructions to outside contractors. Is this possible?

I think that you can, because you can add Notes to any Spreadsheet Layout. You might also consider using a one-time item and just use the description for the note. This gives you the ability to detach the note from a specific item (suppose you substitute the item - the note goes with it), and you can copy notes wherever that makes sense.
