In estimating go to File/Manage Estimates, click on All Estimates at the top of your tree, to the right turn on or off columns that you'd like to see and filter on, move them from side to side in the order you'd like to see them, then select export which exports to an excel sheet for further modification of the list and printing.   

I tend to like the created by date column or last modified date columns in your case for archiving older estimates if you aren't entering bid dates.  The filtering icon at the top of the column will help you narrow down your list such as estimates older than a certain date. 

If you get to version 23.x you can include/ turn on additional columns such as the branch path of the estimate, lock state, and included is a lockable column slider as well as a feature that when returning to this location the next day, the system remembers the columns you had up and the order you placed them in.  These things are not available in 22.x
