Error when trying to open an disposed asset to edit

Hi,

My client is using Sage Fixed Assets Depreciation Network version 2019.1.2 and is having an issue trying to open a disposed assets. When you click on the Asset on her workstation to open it up she receiving the below error. It works on the server. I have searched the KB, disabled webroot, gave full control to the Sage Fixed Assets folder, ran as Administrator and repaired. Any suggestions of what I can try next?  This error only occurs when trying to open a disposed asset from the Asset List. Thank you for your help

    When I did have an older server around with 2019.1.2 on it, I would often run into odd behaviors where uninstalling/installing the 2019.1.2 update patch would fix most of them. Also, that patch, if you still have a copy around, needs to be apply of both the Server and the client.

    The 2019.1 version was a User Interface update version which is why the were two additional update patches on that version of the program. You can probably get around that by going to the asset above or below it on the list and using the arrow to move into the asset.

    The only real thing I could suggest to fix this issue, would be to update. The 2019.1 has not been supported in 2 years at this point, so updating would be the best answer here. You will need to do you Company backup then uninstall the 2019.1 and the 2019.1.2 update prior to install 2021.1 or 2022.1 and converting the database.
