You can utilize the custom import feature where you setup your assets in excel and then import them into the software. Here are the basics to get started: How to import assets

You also have the chapter of Custom Import Helper inside the user guide for the product. Go to Help menu, Product Documents, then select Sage Fixed Assets User Guide option and select the product that you use. In there should be the user guide for Depreciation. From there you should be able to find the custom import helper chapter with more information and screenshots.
