The customized reports within Fixed Assets application are available to all Fixed Assets users. The reports that are customized from a standard report will first be available in the Fixed Assets company it was created in. These can be copied from one company to another if more than one company exist within the application (based on your need). To copy the customized reports from one company to another do this: Open the company that the report needs to be available in, click File menu, Edit company. In Edit Company click copy setup. In copy setup option select the source company (where the report exist currently), select customized reports box, click ok twice. The customized report is now existing in more companies that way. This has to be done to each company that it currently does not exist.
