Is it doable? From a technical prospective, sure, it could be done, but the licensing of the Lite Depreciation is to a named user.

Lite Depreciation is a single user product. It is licensed as a single installation for a single user with the database on that local drive. Which is why the installation instruction is unclear since to install the product on a server and have multiple users access it would be an unsupported configuration of the product.

This has caused huge problems for us.  Once installed on a PC, it is impossible to move it to another PC (or at least no way that our I.T. staff can figure out).  We now have an old box that I have to hook up to in order to use the program because my PC has been replaced and we couldn't move the program to the new one.  I've tried reaching out to Sage and didn't get any response.  Currently shopping for a new product that isn't so restrictive!

I am assuming we are still talking about the Lite product. Moving to another system is a Company Backup from the old system and Company Restore onto the new one, See How to migrate Sage Fixed Assets Single User products for details. Lite Depreciation does follow the same steps as the Single user.
