We greatly appreciate your feedback on the customer portal site being difficult to navigate especially for the product downloads. We'll be reviewing the current download process and the journey a customer has to take to access the Product downloads especially some of the older releases.

This is still broken.  The More button on the download page does not go anywhere.  Any update when this will get fixed.

We are still looking into this and will work towards a better way to navigate the website and have that section in the more option area be more user friendly.

In the meanwhile the option to download the software is available through the Sage Advisor Update service that gets installed with the SFA product should allow to prompt you when updates are available for download on the server side.

That doesn't always work - I've had problems with my SFA because it doesn't recognize that I have a valid registration.  I've worked with support multiple times and they said it's just a bug.  

The "More" link should either be fixed or removed since it doesn't do anything.  

I understand. Have you after a successful login to the customer portal used the knowledgebase to search for the download article? Like Download Premier 2021.0 as in example.

We are looking into the browsing and ease of use for the customer portal and I have noted your post and I will bring this up as a point in a meeting today where we can work on moving this forward. For the customer portal it is not just a flip of a switch for me to control as there are others who needs to be involved as well. That took a bit of time to find the right team members to work on that area.
