Usually the Global Task Manager (GTM) only works with the standard groups (<All Complete Assets>, Active Assets, Disposed Assets, Inactivate Assets). Three of the 4 groups can be modified but the GTM is not able to handle a standard group where the default criteria have been changed. We will check internally on this as well but for now use <All Complete Assets> group or use Active Assets group with the field Criteria: Activity is currently A,D,F,J,K,L,M,N. You can find this via Customize menu, Group Manager.

This is the current workaround as we found this to be in issue in the 2021.0 release and will determine when it can be fixed.
