The is a gated article which means you will need to be logged into the Knowledgebase to see that article while having a valid support contract which would enetitle you to see that particular are and other things like the Product Download articles.

I think the trick there would be to go to https://customers.sagenorthamerica.com/ and setup a portal account so that you can then login to the Knowledgebase
