We have a new employee with a new computer. Last week the Sage Fixed Asset program was installed on her computer. She has been unable to print Asset Detail directly to the printer. Her only option is to save it as a PDF file, open that file in PDF, and print from the separate program. She is working on large project of cleaning up new assets and will need to do a good bit of printing for backup to changes being made.
I did set up her default printer by going to File and then Print Setup and adding the default printer. It works for print reports - but not for Asset Detail printing. None of the other users have ever had this issue.
I was hoping someone could help us to resolve this issue. Thanks!
