I need to a report showing depreciation for June 2018 - May 2019 for one particular book.  How do I do this?  Thanks!

    Hello HorizonMed,

If you are just looking for the total calculation for any given time period - there is the depreciation this run (DTR) number which you can manipulate by first running depreciation to the period prior to the period your are look for, in this case 5/2018, and then to the end of the period you are looking for, 5/2019, and the DTR on the Depreciation Expense report from that second run of depreciation will be the number you are looking to get.

Then question becomes: Are you looking for that time period to be the YTD number? If so, and your Fiscal Year end is not already May, you would need to first setup a Short year(s) and then rerun depreciation. Please see How to set up Short Years for Sybase products or How to change the fiscal year end and/or accounting cycle in Premier.
