    Hello Scotty C,

That message means there is at least one unconverted database available in the database list, What Product do you have installed?

    Scotty,

I am not certain I understand exactly what you are asking.  But let me take a stab at it.

Go to the System Administration function and select Access Utility Reports from the bulleted task list in the Navigation Pane.  This will open a 5-screen wizard.

On screen #2, select the report called SmartList Field Entries.

On screen #3, select the company, or companies, that you want to run this report for.

On screen #4, select the general information field.  In your case, this would be Class.

On screen #5, run the report to your window.

Once the report opens, you can then export it to an Excel file using the first icon on the toolbar (it looks like a computer with a bent arrow coming out of it).  There are 3 options related to Excel, and among them are included page based and record based formatting.  You may want to export the report to more than one option just to see what  best meets your expectations in Excel.

You have the Network Product, which means to fix this we would need to be on the server to Find/Remove or convert the databases which is preventing the Access Utility reports from opening.

For Network: On the desktop on the Server where the Sage Fixed Assets is installed, Right-click the Database Utility - Network Depreciation & Tracking, Select Run As Administrator, click the Convert button, Click Next, click Next, click Select All databases with a Conversion Status of Ready to Convert, click Next, click Convert, click Close when the conversion is complete.

Any Database listed with the Conversion Status of Incompatible Version or Cannot Open will need to be removed.

This, again, the person who did this left company.  I never used this Asset software, and I cannot take any training for now.

    thank you.
