Hello,

We have finished running depreciation up until July 31 and are trying to dispose of an asset Aug 1.  We received no funds and the loss should equal the NBV at that date, $8.36.

When I go to dispose of the asset, the "Asset Information" box from the disposal window is showing the correct NBV, $8.36 however when I hit the "calculate gain/loss" button it is calculating the gain/loss from the prior month, Jun 30 of $9.16.  

I also realized I forgot to close a period a while back however our current NBV is correct and all depreciation entries since have been correct.

Do you have any ideas how I can get the loss to calculate based off our current NBV?  Please let me know if you need additional information.
