I wrote: Crystal Runtime Version Conflict based on information I got from Dev - this is still a work in process - but the short version is that you must break SFA first (uninstall both, install SFA then install Sage 100/300/500) then the reports will not run in SFA with an Error: “Load report failed”.  Then follow the steps in the KB - there may be more to comes....

I have the same issue after I updated SFA to 2018.1. We have both the Sage 300 client and SFA client on the same machine. The update broke reporting in Sage 300. I've worked with another Sage support technician and they tried to go through the above KB and it did not work. We cannot get our reports to work in Sage 300 at all even after uninstalling SFA and reinstalling Sage 300. I am awaiting a phone call from Sage.
