My server isn't saving the path for attachments. It was fine until one week ago. Nothing has changed on the server. The server is Windows Server 2012 R2 SQL 2012.

    Hello ErinF,

    There are two possibilities which leap to mind:

    1. The that folder which was Shared in the UNC path is no longer shared
    2. The System database on the SQL server is not a BESTSYS, it is a CIPSYS called BESTSYS.

    If it did work before the second is decidedly unlikely but to check - On the SQL server, look at the list of tables (ignoring the folders) in the BESTSYS database: What is the name of the 5th table down? If it is not Gbatch, that is a CIPSYS file.
