Application will not start after splash screen

Has anyone else had issues with FAS Network Depreciation not starting after the splash screen. The login comes up and then the progress bar completes and the program never starts. Sage has had me do a reinstall after renaming a folder but the issue happens again after a few months. Rinse and repeat.

    The "Rinse and repeat" type issues usually occur when there is a Crystal conflict or a PCL 6 print drivers on the system, but I did find several Support Tickets on your account, and the Japanese character set does often cause server issues in the Sage Fixed Asset program.

    The Sage Fixed Asset program is not supported or tested with any Regional Format other than U.S. English. I can only suggest not to use the Japanese character set on the systems where the Fixed Assets is installed, or the "Rinse and repeat" will be the only advice I can give.

    Although, since it seems to me that the issue which breaks the Fixed Assets is the Double barred Y the Japanese character set using as a Backslash, you should be able to get away with – if the U.S. English Regional Format is selected at the time – Deleting the FASACCT.xml file and then opening the program.
