That would entirely depend on the rules behind the report your are selecting. I would suggest to use that group on the file Listing report which will show everything including Inactive assets.

Of course, I am assuming the only criteria in that group is <Book> Net Value equals $0.00

But what Report?

Also, you may what to look at the Status of those 56 assets to ensure they all say Active.

The standard reply to anything incorrect on reports: first re-run depreciation is the style of the linked article. If they still do not appears, I would then suggest looking at the Business Start date of the company and ensure it is Prior to all the Placed-In-Service dates of the assets.

After that, I would need to actually look at the assets to make a determination.

The criteria is (Internal book)-Net book value is zero, Activity code is A. When I drill down to the group it shows a total number of 56 assets, which are all correct. Once I actually print, it just seems as if the report is only picking up certain assets not all 56. The report criteria that prints on the last page of the report is all correct.

The report is Net Book Value and all assets are active.
