Hello,

I have a user who, while working in Sage Fixed Assets, attempts to create a new asset while working in a network based asset database and receives an error saying: "Waiting while user is modifying asset information. Pressing Cancel will terminate this operation." In this case the user in the error is her own username. I have rebooted the local machine multiple times and made sure that all services and applications were closed and restarted to no avail. My last idea is to reboot the server that the database file is located on but I would like to avoid that.
