Custom Import


I am not able to import into our primary database through the custom import feature. It was working last week but is no longer working. I can import to other test databases but not the one I need.

    Hello Holly,

    There are 2 reasons I know of which will cause the Import to fail like that:

    1. The database is a Planning database added to the Depreciation program.
    2. There is no hard drive space available where the database files are located.

    I would suggest contacting support so that they can dig down into the details.
