I have ran my Depreciation Expense report and under the Grand Total section, it is not showing the "Less disposals and transfers" amount on this report. I have obviously missed a few steps, what do I need to do to fix this?

Hello John,
What group was used to run the depreciation and the report? The usual answer to any report question is to re-run Depreciation or just re-run the report under the <All Complete Assets> group then look at the reports.
At a guess, if you look on the last page of the report, there is a Group/Sorting Criteria section that will show the criteria of the Group the report was ran under. If it is saying “Activity is currently A” then that would explain everything.
