Copy Book isn't working

Question

I need help trying to copy the tax book into a new book. I have gotten it to work in the past but it is no longer working. This happened when we upgraded to 2023.1.

 I did reply to your e-mail, and I see Chris and Mike have talked to you and we have a plan to move to a new server which I do believe, knowing some of the backstory now, will fix all this.
