Hello Teresa,

The short answer is to select a printer (File, Printer Setup, and click OK or select another printer and click OK) before running reports, and if the client is installed on your workstation, that should be all.

If you are accessing the client on a remote server, then you need select the printer every time before you run a report unless you also have the Printer fix deployed. See, Error: "Invalid Printer Specified" on Citrix or Terminal Server for details.
