Hello Tonia,

You would need to create a group (see How to create a group for more information) with the group criteria being Activity Code is currently A,D and Disposal Date is Between the beginning and end of your year.

This group can make things like the NBV report look more like the Depreciation Expense report, but not completely.

Thanks for the reply Delray.  I initially created a group but when I added the second argument of the disposal date, the retuned value only lists disposals.

I need something like an "if" statement....which I can't seem to make work in Sage :(

O' my, you need another criteria of the Disposal date is Blank (see that old KB article is gone and I forgot a step)

A group is a query and each statement on the same field is an "or" and it is an "and" on different fields.
