abra32.exe has stopped working

Hello!

We are having issues with our Sage HRMS, a pop-up error message appears whenever we generate reports/print checks.

The message reads as "abra32.exe has stopped working"

We lodge a chat session and the technician said that they could not help us with this and call SAGE support directly, but we cannot get hold of SAGE Support.

    Hi JPaul,

    Where you able to get a hold of Sage HRMS support? Their number is 800-829-0170 and you will need your customer ID. This specific reporting/printing error is in the KB.

    CAUSE

    Crystal Report viewer version conflict between MAS 500 (Sage 500) and Sage HRMS. 

    RESOLUTION

    Sage 500 (Formerly known as MAS 500) and Sage HRMS client cannot be installed upon the same machine in order for payroll reports to function.
