I updated Sage 100 2018, now the reports in HRMS 2017 will not work.

I updated to Sage 100 2018. We are currently up to date on Sage HRMS 2017 Q4, version 10.7038. The reports prior to the Sage 100 2018 in Sage HRMS worked. After the update to Sage 100 2018, the reports in Sage HRMS 2017 either error out to Microsoft Foxpro or the Abra viewer will not load. I have reinstalled Crystal Reports 2011 and reinstalled Sage HRMS 2017 client. Neither works. Any Suggestions?

    I think the issue is that Sage 100 v2018+ use Crystal 2016 and a different CRW runtime which can interfere. I looked quickly online and spotted an issue between Sage 500 and HRMS where the advice was to run HRMS on a different workstation that doesn't have Sage 100 installed.

    There may be a different/better resolution available that I did not find online in the Sage KB as HRMS is not my specialty.
